Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Nozzlino website, the waitlist, and the founder offer. Nozzlino is a pre launch project. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Nozzlino is operated as a sole proprietorship by Marian Kästner, Löhstraße 10a, 51702 Bergneustadt, Germany. Contact: contact@m-kaestner.com. See the Legal Notice for full details.

2. What Nozzlino is right now

Nozzlino is building now and launching soon. This site explains the planned product, collects early access signups, and offers an optional paid founder deal. There is no finished app, no account dashboard, and no printer integration available yet.

Descriptions of planned reminders for filter, nozzle, and lead screw care are goals, not guarantees of function or timing.

3. Waitlist and early access

You may join the waitlist by providing your email address and optionally your printer model. By signing up you agree to receive one or more emails about early access and the founder offer.

You must provide a valid email you control. One signup per person. We may refuse or remove signups that appear abusive, automated, or invalid.

4. Founder offer

The optional founder deal is a one time payment of $9 USD via a Stripe payment link. It covers Nozzlino for 12 months for up to 3 printers. The planned launch date is March 1, 2027. The 12 month period starts at launch, not at signup or payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase. We do not see or store your full card details. Checkout may show the current test or live status of the link. Founders keep any launch timing emails sent to the address used at signup unless they unsubscribe.

The founder deal is personal, non transferable, and limited to the stated printer count and period. It does not include hardware, filament, repairs, or support for your printer itself.

5. Refund promise

Any founder payment is fully refundable if we do not launch by March 1, 2027. Refunds are handled via email only. To request a refund, reply to your welcome email or write to contact@m-kaestner.com from the email used for purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site. Do not attempt to disrupt it, submit false data at scale, scrape it aggressively, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

7. Intellectual property

The site content, copy, mascot Nozzlino, and design belong to the operator or its licensors. You may view and share links to this site for personal, non commercial purposes. Any other reuse needs prior written permission.

8. Availability and warranty

This site is provided as is. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties for this pre launch site.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. For all other claims, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for breach of essential contractual duties limited to foreseeable damage. Maintenance guidance in the future app will not replace manufacturer manuals or safety instructions for your printer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the project moves from validation to launch. The version published here applies at the time of your use. Material changes affecting founders will be communicated by email.

11. Law and contact

German law applies, excluding conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EU, mandatory consumer protections of your residence country remain unaffected. For questions about these terms write to contact@m-kaestner.com.
